My multi-sport kid is also out for track this year. He had his first track meet Tuesday and wouldn't you know it: It was cold, cold, COLD! It was 35 degrees out with winds blowing at about 20 mph. I finally talked him into putting some warmer clothes on and for some reason, he was surprised that Mom could be right! Lucas does high jump for his field events and placed second in his division, even with his poor form as shown below! Can someone give the kid some pointers on high jump?
