Busy Times...

Once again we are in full swing of spring sports.  Both boys in track and Lucas also playing baseball.  I find it hard to post regularly so I am going to try posting once a week, with weekly highlights.   We have had some beautiful weather and have even set up the hammocks on the deck, which seems everyone loves to enjoy.

This past week marked our Anniversary.  St. Patrick's Day and I must say, Pat hasn't missed one yet!  19 years and still going strong.  We didn't do anything 'special' except go to Lucas' spring Choral concert.

The boys also had their first track meet of the season.  Lucas was in the 4X400 relay, high jump and long jump.  Morgan did the 100M, 200M, a relay (I can't remember which) and the long jump.  They both had a great time and did well.

I am also in the process of planning out a kitchen remodel.  Actually, I have been planning it for over a year and I think that this year is the year it will get done.  It has been so hard for me to make decisions regarding cabinets that I have just sat on it, until now.

We renovated our bathroom a couple of years ago and put in new cabinets there.  After weeks of trying to find a cabinet I really like for the kitchen I looked no further than the bathroom.  So now that we have decided on the kitchen cabinets, everything else is falling into place.   We have picked out flooring, counter tops for the perimeter and we are trying to decide what to put on the island/eating bar surface.  I really like the idea of wood, but Pat found some granite that he likes.  We will be doing some more research on that one.

Spring break has started for the boys and we will probably be sticking around here enjoying doing nothing, except celebrating the Resurrection of our Lord!  Have a wonderful Easter.
